    How to Measure:

    To ensure accurate measurements we suggest having a professional seamstress measure you.If you do not get a professional seamstress to take your measurements you should follow this guide to ensure proper fit

    Note: You should always have someone else take your measurements, physically measuring yourself will provide you with inaccurate numbers, so please have someone help you

    Bust-Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust.Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides.You must wear a bra when taking this measurement
    Waist-This is the smallest part of your waist.Typically it's an inch or so above your belly button.Also known as the natural waistline
    Hips- This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns
    Hollow to Hem-This is the length from your hollow( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels (Take the tape from your front,with bare foot ).You should stand upright and your feet should keep together
    Note:

    A: The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves,wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat(show on the pictures).Bidding is for one dress only

    B: Since computer screens have chromatic aberration,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen,we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw

    C: Before ordering, please read this listing carefully and ask all your questions,or you can ask the sales on line some questions

    D: All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge,no questions asked.     E: It will take 18-20 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination,the exact shipping time are based on the shipping company (UPS,DHL,TNT,etc) standard

    F: Dress Can Be Made in Custom Size, Color, Design (No Additional Cost) This gown can be custom made according to your measurements
    If your measurements are way off my size chart,we are happy to make the gown according to your measurements as long as you agree that final alteration might be needed for best fit

     

    Shipping:

    There are two key factors which will affect the time you receive your items.

    1. Item processing time
    After the receiving of your order, we need some time to test the product in order to ensure its quality. There are different kinds of processing time for different items. Average processing time is 3 working days; however, it varies from the item's stock status. As for the small quantity, the processing time is 1-3 days while as for the large quantity, it will be about 2-5 days.
